Roll back draconian copyright laws in the public interest

This petition has two purposes:
1: Specifically to express opposition the new "Intellectual Property Attache Act" that proposes to expand the role of the IP attaches into their own agency. They are currently housed under the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Being let loose on their own with no oversight could have damaging, world-wide implications in the fight for fair Intellectual Property laws.
2: To present to President Obama with a list of short Wikipedia articles that will allow him, or one of his staffers, to quickly come up to speed on those voices of reason who oppose he deafening din of moneyed copyright assignees (NOT the creators!) who have had draconian copyright laws such as the Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act and the Digital Millennium Act enacted
