All people who have a mortgage and they owe more than what their home is worth. restarting the housing economy will benefit our country:-)
reset the peoples mortgage to 5% under current market value. it doesn't matter if they paid their mortgage or not a one time roll back the mortgage to restart our real estate market. If you use the current interest rate it could benefit the people who have paid their mortgage and the people who haven't paid. suspending judgement to find a valuable solution.
