Roll back the price of a gallon of gas 40% for 12 months and cap all food prices at 10% for 6 months

Congress and the President should request that banks suspend and delay all home loan mortgage payments, rental payments and auto loan payments for 3 months (Dec, Jan, Feb.)...also roll back the price of a gallon of gas 40% for 12 months and cap all food price increases at 10% for 12 months. In addition, impose a 2 year moratorium on all immigration...implement a WPA program...implement a one-time, 2011 tax roll-back of 10% from 2010 returns.
