The Ruling was made on behalf of every American Citizen which circumvents the safeguards and guarantees of the role of Government, including the judicial Branch to preserve these rights as their role in Government by and for the people. Not to give a loophole to Corporations to have the personhood right to have any unfair advantages to further corrupt any democratic process or any election based upon financial discrimination or biased consideration.
