Beginning with the most recent additions to government welfare and entitlement programs and moving backwards, eliminate these until present and forcast expenditures are inline with revenues.
New welfare programs keep getting created and our budget deficits keep growing. This obviously needs to stop.
This process when enacted in tandem with other judicious cuts in government spending would solve the problem.
