Our flag stands as a symbol of our country. It is draped over the coffins of soldiers, policemen and firefighters in respect of their service. Given to the families of these brave men and women. I was taught all through school to say the pledge of allegiance every day in school. We were taught of the people who died to make us a free country. Every time someone burns, tears or in any other way desecrates the flag they are disdaining all those who died for this country. This should be illegal and the charges should be high.
