As a Pro Se litigant in the courts, this Petitioner lacks the rights due her and has her civil cases denied and dismissed in court, even through the Petitioners pleadings met the criteria of a lawsuit under procedural law.
Petitioner has the right to pursue her own civil case in a court of law (Section 35 of the Judiciary Act of 1789), un-harassed, and the right to trial, the right to be heard (7th Amendment Rights) is denied the Petitioner.
The Petitioner is victimized by this unrestrained power that destroys her fundamental rights and liberties, is politically harassed and kept from claiming the Constitutional rights due her and is deprived of the just requirements of a democratic society. These are Human Rights Violations and the Petitioner seeks compensation for wrongs committed.
