On Judge Debra Freeman's order, Devyani Khobragade has been arrested by the Diplomatic Security Service of the US State Dept on probable cause of submitting fraudulent documents to obtain a work Visa for her maid Sangeeta Roberts and under paying the maid for her work as a house-maid. Devyani has no consular immunity on such activities as per Vienna Convention Article 43. As such, please enforce the law on Devyani Khobragade and do not give her any special treatment. For Rule of Law is more important than diplomatic niceties.
