As of 1/15/13 NY Senate has passed the "NY Safe Act" which tightens firearm regulations to an unprecedented level. This move by Gov. Cuomo has taken firearm regulations too far. We law abiding citizens have been unfairly punished with this bill. When the State Assembly passes this bill, it will become law.
