banning certain firearms is an infringement of the 2nd Amendment. style of a weapon, magazine capacity, accessories, etc. does NOT mean it is necessarily more or less dangerous. for example a .223 with an AR stock is no less/more dangerous than one with a hunting stock, as citizens of what was once a great country we still have a bill of rights. and they should remain intact the way our founding fathers set out for them to be. instead of banning certain firearms and magazines I propose as well that mental evaluation should be mandatory to ensure that potential gun owner has the mental capacity to not use the weapon in a way it was not intended.
