Rules for Congress & Senate
1) No tenure & No Pensions
2) you collect a salary while in office & no pay when your
out of the office
3) They (congress & Senate) participate in social security.
All their retirement funds move to social security
immediately, no grandfathering.
4) They can purchase their own retirement
plan, as every citizen does
5) They can no longer vote themselves pay raises. Their
pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%
6) They lose their health care system & participate in the
same system as the American people
7) they must abide by all laws they impose on the American
people.
8) All contracts with past & present senators &
Congressional members are void effective 1-1-13.
