In my business, if we can't pay our bills, we have to cut costs. In a business that has been running a long time, survival comes by cutting waste and eliminating fraud when people get complacent, process becomes dated and people refuse to change and adapt how they think about stuff. In some cases people have to be let go because there is not enough cash to keep status quo.
At my house if I can't pay my bills, I have to cut costs and do without.
Show us you are not afraid to upset a few people and make the tough decisions to cut costs. Show us you can eliminate waste and be good stewards of our money. It is our money, We pay the taxes.
