We need a national lottery! One that will pay many many people the money so badly needed to help our families and stimulate our economy!

How about a national lottery - willing participants check the box on their taxes, donating say, $1 per day for the whole year. So, a donation of $365 per person to take part. ALL of that money collected will be evenly divided by 365 days in the year. That is the amount awarded DAILY to ONE participating person, chosen at random by SS#. You can win once per year, max.
