The Petition is to counter the tyrranical behavior of the Russian State, and its abrubt foreign policy towards Central Europe. Repatriate all Russians in limbo due to Russian strategy to populate areas of the former Soviet Union to legitimize interests, and respond and react accordingly as in the case of the present Crimean Crisis. This Petition will give the European Union a Real Chance to have a District centralized which is dedicated to the Day to Day function of the European Union. All functions of Stasburg, Brussels, and Frankfurt in one Location.
