Rutgers University NJ was obligated to answer the repatriation claim to the parent of Malaysian deceased student.

1) Rutgers University of New Jersey is obligated to answer the request of repatriation claim from Embassy of Malaysia WDC for the parent of Malaysian deceased student, and Rutgers had forgot their promise to do the said claim for the parent of the deceased student since August 19, 2013.
2) Foreign Policy of America is obligated to give an assurance of care to those students from third world countries especially those scholarship students from poor family, and be reclaimed so that this great nation can take its rightful place as the center for peace and harmony with all, that Christianity and morality enjoin this conduct. 3) are we, the people of the third world, not entitled to grant a response from NJ Governor & US President when Rutgers ignored the request from Embassy of Malaysia WDC.
