Hold Deloitte accountable for harmful impact on American citizens during implementing of government contracts. Deloitte has government contracts in 45 states covering GAO logistics, CDC/Homeland security, taxes, health insurance and military defense to name a few. Deloitte has modernization contracts for unemployment systems in 22 states, the majority ran over budge & behind schedule causing hundreds of thousands of unemployed to go without benefits. Americans need to be compensated for Deloitte's ineptitude implementing UI modernization. Prime examples are CA, MA, PA and FL unemployment agencies. Any company that adversely harms American as part of a government should be barred from future contracts until all citizens have been compensated fairly.
