We ask that You propose a restriction on an absolute maximum salary that Congressionals can earn. Congressional Salaries of 174.K are so high that they are endangering the Public Safety, as this passage from the Presidential Commission on Bioethics attests:

The CDC was lambasted in the early days of the (Ebola case in Dallas) because they did not come in and save the day, without knowing that (legally) they would need to be invited (by Texas authorities) to do so.”
