why should someone that is 21 years of age be able to walk into their local courthouse and get a pistol carry permit with just a background check.
however, someone who is 18 and has years of experience, and is safe cannot.
I believe that anyone trying to get a pistol permit should have to pass a safety test, ant that the age to take this test be 18
if someone can join the army at 18 and be handed a fully automatic weapon, why cant the same person defend himself with a firearm on american soil?
