The salaries of members in the House of Representatives and the Senate will be reduced to $50,000. All Benefits will be cut in half (health insurance etc.) The salaries for staff members will all be cut in half as well as benefits.
All pensions for former and current members in the House and Senate will cease. There will be NO more retirement benefits for members of Congress.
