sanction on China for unlawful invasion of Vietnamese exclusive economic zones and mistreatment of Vietnamese fishermen

I am an English lecturer at a university in HoChiMinh City, Vietnam. I am fully aware that China is putting the oil rig in the exclusive economic zones of Vietnam.
While Vietnamese government and her people try their best to maintain peace and to solve any dispute peacefully through negotiation on the basis of respecting territory integrity, China is using unlawful force to coerce and intimidate the fishermen and their boats, marine police of Vietnam, Fishery vessels and as such damaging and doing harms to the lives of these people.
We strongly condemn such China's forces' actions against Vietnamese people and request that China must remove their oil rig out of Vietnam's exclusive economic zone immediately and respect the sovereignty of Vietnam, stop using force in whatever manner.
