Sanction the Ferguson Police Department. Implement measures of apprehending suspects that are less forceful.

There have been several cases of wrongful deaths in the hands of police officers using excessive force. These are officers that take an oath to protect and serve and they are overstepping their boundaries as officers of the law. There should be a better process in place with levels of apprehending suspects. Yesterday a seventeen year old was executed by the hands of an officer from the North County, St. Louis, Missouri, Ferguson Police Department. He was unarmed, yet still shot multiple times
