President Obama must be made held accountable for allowing the Japanese government to divert $30 million USD earmarked for citizens still homeless and starving to upgrade security for its whaling fleet, that was not affected by the earthquake & Tsunami.
Japan must be Sanctioned for this act, and this petition requests that the US be held accountable when taxpayer money given to help people in need never makes it to them after a disaster.
The petition also requests that the house pass legislation that holds the President personally accountable to ensure money for relief makes it to the people, and sanctioned when the conditions and purpose these funds are not spent correctly.
