sanction states who use "off label" or illegal drugs for executions.

Created by V.W. on May 24, 2012

The lethal injections which have been carried out for years in the United States have been in constant debate about their status as cruel and unusual punishment, with reports of botched injections, and people even taking bathroom breaks during their executions, or being in obvious pain. Now that the drugs used for years are no longer being supplied to the United States by the countries that manufactured them, many states, anxious to continue executions, are using medications that have not been tested as a means of execution, and there have been horrible reports of how these (essentially) human guinea pigs suffered while being experimented on essentially with non approved drugs. If I use illegal drugs I would be arrested, and I'm not killing anyone, and certainly not with untested drugs.
