United States citizens should be able to take and use plant medicines that include but are not limited to : Ayahuasca, Yopo, Peyote/San Pedro, Magic Mushrooms, Salvia Divinorum, and Morning Glory; and they should be able to do so without fear of prosecution from either federal or local governments.
These medicines have been used in human civilization since time immemorial. When taken in the correct setting, with proper guidance from an experienced spiritual guide, it could mean the difference between life and death. They heal one's Mind, Body, and Soul.
In America, every one deserves freedom of religion. Wine is legal and Ayahuasca is not. This is religious inequality. Our relationship with GOD is being stripped away from us. No one has the right to do that, especially our Government.
