Sanction violators of the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act and provide support for redress to impacted persons.

Created by L.O. on May 10, 2013

I propose that stronger and more immediate sanctions be imposed on any financial group, body, institution, corporation, or trust which willfully or neglectfully infringes on the protections assured by the Soldier and Sailor Civil Relief Act. I also propose immediate Federal support for recovery of impacted properties and securities, both physical and financial by DOD service members who are refused recovery by receiving agents both final and intermediary. Furthermore, I propose that more latitude be granted service members who seek reparation against those who do or have already violated said act. Our servicemembers have protected our Nation both at home and abroad for almost 250 years, and their legacy should not be so lightly cast aside or unsupported by our Federal government.
