The Sandy Hook Elementary School Gun Control & Reform Bill -- including Proactive Tracking Chips on Assault Weapons

A bill to address gun control reform using technology, a common sense approach, and compromising on both sides of the issue.

a) require gun manufacturers to install tracking chips in assault weapons to compromise on a federal ban

b) chips send signals monitored and tracked by computer software in designated areas

c) weapons entering perimeters of schools, malls, banks, colleges, churches etc., will alert officials immediately

d) weapons can be tracked by officials (in areas) and law enforcement to identify potential threats

e) chips tampered with or removed will send out a signal notifying law enforcement that weapons went of the grid
