b) chips end out signals in designated areas to be monitored and tracked by computer software

c) weapons in designated areas of schools, malls, banks, colleges, churches etc., will alert officials immediately

d) weapons can be tracked by officials and law enforcement to identify potential threats

e) chips tampered with or removed will send out a signal notifying law enforcement that weapons went illegally of the grid
