We Petition the President to vigorously promote legislation that would bring greater coherence to federal elections.
For Instance: All states will hold federal elections over the first full weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - of November every two years, except for special elections. Early voting hours will be from 8am to 6pm every Friday and Saturday for the four weekends preceding. Absentee ballots will be sent out beginning 45 days before and no later than the Saturday of the weekend before the final election days and are to be returned to the voting officials or any local polling place before the end of official voting.
