Santa Claus has entered the USA illegally and repeatedly since at least 1948 when the Air Force detected “one unidentified sleigh, powered by eight reindeer.”
The following must be considered:
- Enhance border air defense because of Santa’s ability to fly over border walls.
- Grant Santa “Migrant Worker” status.
- Grant Santa amnesty for current and future crimes (e.g., illegal immigration, stalking, breaking and entering, blackmail, etc.).
- Eliminate the “Letters from Santa” program. Santa Claus should answer his own mail.
- Impose tariffs on Santa for dumping toys into the U.S. market.
- Investigate whether Santa Claus uses slave labor and complies with animal welfare laws.
- Grant Mrs. Claus similar status to Mr. Claus (while discouraging her from having an “anchor baby”).
