Mortgage fraud has become so rampant throughout the country that lenders have pressured Congress for action. Over the last few years congressional hearings were held on fraud and predatory lending. Yet In AZ nothing has been done to actually MAKE A CHANGE! Most criminal activity is under state jurisdiction and there are instances where states are failing to carry out the law. We MUST HAVE SOMEONE helping us homeowners and ACTUALLY investigating and holding the financial institutions and their executives accountable for any fraudulent activities engaged in if we do this like others states of our UNION it will demonstrate that the United States is a country in which everyone is equal under the law. In this country no one is above the law. So we need to show this is true in regards to lending
