The population of Arab Sunni in Iraq which is about 42% of the whole population is being threatened by the Shiite government, militia, and unprofessional army. Since 2003 the innocent Sunni Arab population has been tortured, based on their name and what sector of origin. They use the "Four Terrorist Law" which is used to extract revenge from the Arab Sunni population by killing, torturing and humiliation. They treat them as if they are minority and the second sector (they are the majority and first sector) In 2013 the Iraqi Arab Sunni population had a big protest in 7 Sunni provinces asking for their human rights. They wrote their requests in 14 points. The head of the Shiite government, Noori Al Maliky ordered to kill the protesters if they don't end it. This caused the Sunni revolution
