Athena Reddersen has been revoked of her Civil and Human Rights due to a website her father, Juan Carlos Ramirez-Reddersen has created, via stolen NASA technology in 1996. He conned her into taking her to 'Disney World', where he deliberately drugged her and took her to the Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Children's Hospital for experimental brain surgery.
The website he created was hacked in 2012 and made into (4) cell phone applications, causing her identity to be stolen internationally. She has been publicly exploited since the young age of 8. Athena cannot get her local police department to file charges with the local District Attorney's Office due to her being sold on a monthly basis via this solar-powered GPS her dad created in 1996.
