Instead of wasting $40 Billion on Obamacare why not set up an HSA for every US Citizen with $3 million & save the tax payers $39billion. With just over 300mil. US Citizens and if each of them is given $3mil towards health care that is only $900mil of the tax payers money spent and just saved the governement $39 billion.
