Bucky Balls a magnetic puzzle/toy geared towards adults is unjustifiably being banned. The CPSC has fought to have the product banned due to lack of responsibility of parents leading to small children being injured.
No one wants to hear about children being hurt, but in this case it is not the fault of the makers of Bucky Balls. It is the fault of irresponsible parents and bad parenting. Thus the company that produces Bucky Balls should not be punished.
Banning Bucky Balls does little more than destroy jobs and show that you don't have to take responsibility for your children as a parent.
