Save the children from violent crime we believe the alarming rate of homicide on the streets of Chicago has to end

The murder rates on the streets of Chicago have reached epidemic per portions these crimes threaten the health and welfare of the City. Children deserve the right to feel safe and live out their lives in environment that makes them feel safe and valued and not disposable due to the color of their skin or their economic status.
1. We are asking the federal government to intervene and mandate measures of reform that will effect the homicide rates in Chicago
2. We are asking for restructuring or review of the law enforcement agencies in Chicago in order to establish a reduction in crime and homicides with effective insights from other cities that have dealt with these issues
