Save Communities Monies by paying out Sick Time and Vacation Time Pay to Employees instead of allowing them to Stockpile

Created by J.M. on April 30, 2014

A State, County or City Employee can make more money by saving their Vacation & Sick Time Benefits, by getting Paid at the time of their Retirement.

State, County and City Employees are allowed to Build Up their Vacation and Sick Time Hours.

Public businesses have a "Use it or Lose it Policy"

Give State, County and City Employees the same Policy - but they may choose to Bank their Monies from such Benefits - in a tax-reduced Account (Roth or IRA).

This will cut expenditures for State, County and State Budgets, while allowing these employees to build a savings account.

Make it possible for these Employees to invest in a Home Buying Program with the Money they earn in the year they earn it.

We should not be paying today's dollars for services performed 5, 10, 20 or 30 years ago.
