Save the country by requiring a percentage of government workers to telecommute.

Created by B.C. on February 17, 2014

Currently millions of federal, state, and local government employees commute to work, sit at a desk all day, then drive home. If these workers could telecommute the positive impact to the economy and environment would be dramatic. First office space the governments rent could be reduced, millions of cars would be taken off the roadways, worker productivity would increase, child care and medical costs would be reduced, the environment would benefit with tons of CO emissions taken out of the atmosphere. Today's technology makes telecommuting not only easily feasible, but simply the easiest way to make a huge positive impact on the country as a whole.
