The desalination plant in southern california i believe to be crucial to our future. Millions funded the project but never fully used for operation. Tax payer money funded a percent of this project. The plant has been inactive for some time now. However, recent news suggests they want to power it back up which is great. The problem is it will cost millions more to upgrade some of its technology to state standards. This desalination plant needs new appointed management to oversee where every dollar is being spent in. And investigate for any violation of law by those previously appointed to oversee the project overall.
