We need housing, food, clothing, phones and transportation. We do not have the skills to invest our money for retirement and we don't have the time for the money to grow. We don't have the money, either. We need programs to provide these necessities. This is for seniors and the handicapped. Drug addicts and drunks should not be included. No one wants to work to support their partying.
We will be putting seniors and the handicapped into the homeless population without help. There they are in danger for their lives. Also, they will be overcrowding the existing toilets for the homeless. They will be left with no choice but to use the streets and they (seniors and the handicapped) are numerous. This is a Christian nation so lets act like it.
