Our black neighborhoods are being terrorized by young feral black males who are about 4% of the population and yet inflict about 50% of all murders in this country. Most of these 5,000 murders every year are initiated by arguments which exposes a significant cultural problem. The black murder rate is 6.4 times the non-black murder rate. The black murder rate without guns is higher than the non-black murder rate with guns. We cannot just blame poverty and we cannot just blame drugs. The main cause is the gangsta street culture that ensnares young urban black males and has no tolerance for disrespect. Finding a solution to end this terror could prevent about 4,000 "low profile" black murders every year. This should be made a top priority for this administration.
