Help the voiceless have a voice! Petition the government to allow graffiti on public buildings. So many young people, especially African-American boys, are arrested for just trying to express themselves the only way they can - graffiti. It's ridiculous! Is it not our first amendment right to express ourselves freely if it does not hurt anybody? If we not only allow it, but encourage it, the number of new artists discovered will skyrocket.
