Please ask President Obama to have my Family's home restored and protect me form the KKK. I have been the keeper of my Civil War Veteran Great Great Father's, home, for the last 15 years. Since I was 11 years old, I decided to move to our home in Russellville, KY when I retired. On President's Day February 16, 2009, a demolition crew, I was forced to hire by a City Official, informed me that the white framed house was actually a Log Home built in the late 1700's or early 1800's. My family were the first Black's to own land there. The land was once owed by Democratic Governor John Breathitt and is located in a historical Underground Railroad Passage. The endangered Log home is all my family has. Since the KKK went into the Log Home I have not been back the Russellville, KY. Please Help ME!
