As you may know, the current water levels of the Great Lakes have been drastically lower that past years. They have been under normal levels for 13 years. Many claim that the climate (more evaporation than precipitation)has to do with this. I say Bull!

Provides strong reason to believe that the regulatory bodies of the government have been either turning blind eye to commercialization of the Great Lakes, or nobody cares in Washington.
The purpose of this petition is to encourage Executive and Legislative action against the commercialization of the Great Lakes.
