This is to petition The President to use his influence to stop the development of Hanalei Bay Ridge. This sits above Hanalei Bay and is one of the most beautiful spots in the world. This development would severely impact the ecosystem as well as the area that draws tourists because of its pristine beauty. Many native bird species live in the wetland area close to the development, such as the endangered Shearwater.
This is a chance to save one of the few remaining pristine areas of the Hawaiian Islands from development.
