Italy does not invest in their students who are considered a burden on the state. So U.S. should invest in Italian students because they are a safe investment. I hope that President Obama understands that the only way that allows U.S. to remain the most powerful and wealthiest nation in the world is to use the human capital that can be taken by other '' stupid'' nations that do not think about their future.
