The Jackson Women's Health Organization is slated to be shut down by the Health Department in Jackson, Mississippi due to its non-compliance of House Bill 1390 passed by the house in Mississippi in April of 2012.
The bills state that the doctors who perform the abortions need to have admitting privileges. The doctors applied but were denied these privileges.
Due to the red tape created by house and signed by Republican Governor Phil Bryant the last abortion clinic in Mississippi will be closing its doors soon.
Abortion clinics don't just provide abortions they also provide other health services for women.
