Save the life of an innocent dog named Beau in Dyersburg, Tennessee from illegally being euthanized

Beau was confiscated from his owner and sentenced to be euthanized in Dyersburg, TN. He neither attacked nor bit anyone. The “vicious dog ordinance” in Dyersburg (City Ordinance § 10-221) is illegal and unenforceable under Tennessee Law. Tenn. Code Ann. § 44-17-120, which specifically prohibits a town the size of Dyersburg from adopting such an ordinance.Tenn. Also Code Ann. § 44-17-403, which was enacted in 2000, any person, including a government entity (like a City), who wrongfully or unlawfully kills someone’s pet dog is also liable for noneconomic damages of up to $5,000. In shelter, he grows ill and proper care can't be monitored. He's lost 20% of his body weight in 3 months in violation of City Ordinance Section 10-209. They are killing him slowly and painfully with neglect. Help us
