SAVE LIVES AND MAKE DNA TESTING FOR ANCESTRY FREE AND ACCESSIBLE FOR DIASPORANS, AND ADOPTED CITIZENS

Created by S.W. on January 02, 2013

Free DNA testing for ancestry should be accessible to the millions in this country who do not know their ancestry through no fault of their own. This is particularly true in the case of those within the African Diaspora, other dispersed peoples, and those who do not know one or both parents (adopted or abandoned). Knowing one's ancestry can be psychologically beneficial to those who want to know, not to mention its importance in regards to health issues. Many have died because they did not have information regarding their ancestry. The medical benefits when one knows their ancestry can be life saving. Color is not a determining factor of ancestry. To assume ancestry based on skin color is a danger to one's health while laying in a hospital bed. It's a Human Right to know! Please help.
