To save lives through requiring generic pills, including vitamins be identifiable by unique registered identifications.

Created by E.B. on April 12, 2015

Historically it was easy to quickly identify medication in an emergency in a PDR. Today a cardiac, cancer, or chronically ill patient can be taking a half dozen round white pills only differentiated by slight size variability. Multiple vitamins come in plain white capsules. Patient & caregivers have a life threatening risk of confusing medications. At times patients show up with three different pills from three different generic manufacturer in one month prescription fill from pharmacy!

Simple requiring identifcation standards historically applied to brand name marketed medications.

This fix will save lives! It is medically necessary for an aging society!
