Save Malcolm's children

We are petitioning for justice to be served. Recently, a woman adopted out her twins. However, in doing so she did not let the father of the children (Malcolm) know. He completely disagreed with this. They also have another son together which he takes care of. He is a very good father, if not a great father. He has no criminal record, does not drink or do any illicit drugs, he works hard to support his child and will work even harder to support these children. This case was brought to court and nothing negative was found on his side. However, within three weeks the thoughts of the judge and lawyers both changed from ruling in his favor to saying he should give up his rights. Where is the justice? This is illegal. He just wants his children back!
